  • Membership Fees:

    • Yearly membership required
    • Transaction fee $10.00 per transaction waived
    • Cash Wtihdraw:  3% monetary fee (each cash withdrawl)
    • Closing:  5% on remaining balance in the portfolio at the time of closure

  • Hot/Cold Wallet(s)

    • A3C will act as the clients cryptocurrency trustee/custodian by managing HOT or COLD¹ wallet(s), its relevant key(s) and buying or selling cryptocurrency only initiated by the client.
    • In the event a client would like to gain control of their wallet(s) A3C will charge a closing fee.

  • Footnotes:

    •   *Fee shown is 1 year, $100 maintenance fee each year after.
    • If the client chooses to use a COLD wallet A3C can purchase, Extra charges will apply. If the client provides a COLD wallet, it is the client's responsibility to provide a COLD wallet compatible with coin(s) being sought/purchased.
    • Subject to standard fluctuating exchange and transfer fees not controlled by A3C.
    • No refund will be offered in the event a membership is cancelled prior to expiry of membership.
